• Conducting management, refurbishment and demolition surveys in a range of domestic, commercial and industrial properties. • Giving technical and impartial advice with regards to asbestos management for a variety of projects.• Client liaison, quoting and pricing projects, undertaking site work and producing a site-specific survey tailor made to the client’s project requirements. • Communicating technical information to technical and/or non-technical audiences.• Liaising with clients, building and maintaining relationships with a range of stakeholders. • Undertaking on site auditing of peers.

• Based on site full time, during a large remedial project. Managing a small team of Analysts.• Responsible for monitoring and validating the safe removal of asbestos by licensed contractors. • Responsible for ensuring compliance with Control of Asbestos Regulations (CAR) 2012.• Checking the effectiveness of engineered control measures in place during the removal of ACMs. • Managing, planning and implementing the workload of my supporting team, ensuring that delivery of the project remained to program. • Attending daily briefings and liaising with a variety of contractors, stakeholders, consultants and design teams.
