I am excited to lead AllianceRx Walgreens Pharmacy, one of the largest specialty and home delivery companies in the country. We serve patients with complex, chronic conditions and rare diseases, and are focused on becoming the provider of choice for patients, their physicians, pharma and payers. As interim CEO, I led the new strategic alliance, combining the specialty and mail service assets of Walgreens Boots Alliance USA division and Prime Therapeutics Inc. with six central specialty locations and two mail service locations. Walgreens Prime Strategic Alliance is the third largest specialty pharmacy and combines the scale and clinical expertise with the connection to health plan lives to compete and grow aggressively.

I led the Specialty Solutions Group. Our team was dedicated to Walgreen specialty through our Central Specialty locations, our Cystic Fibrosis Services pharmacy, our Community and Health System Pharmacies, our Centers of excellence and our retail stores with the services that support them. We provided the strategic vision, built support structure and processes, and led the operation of our Central and CFS pharmacy, that aligned to our vision of Enterprise Specialty. Our responsibilities in operations, build and execution of clinical programs, build and execution of SOPs, support for both managed markets and pull through sales, field education and support services, and reporting and support for pharmaceutical manufacturers. Walgreens Specialty is the third largest provider in the US.

Led strategy and execution in our Health System Pharmacies. During my time with the team we reorganized the team for growth and efficiency, grew the revenue by 68%, 75% in EBIT, added 70 new locations with some of the top hospitals in the country, and deepened our focus on specialty. We also designed, built out, marketed and scaled WellTransitions, a product to service Health Systems and grow Walgreen market share.

I was the Executive Director for the Southeast. We were responsible for leading the field pharmacy operations, and directly managing the Market Pharmacy Directors. In the newly defined operating model, we were able to define the role, expand the practice of pharmacy in the stores, and drive execution in the field.

I held various roles for Walgreens Home Care including Director of Operations, VP of the business unit, and VP of Walgreens Respiratory. I helped lead and build the business, through the Option Care acquisition, the leading national provider of infusion, and a national presence.

I led the pharmacy operations in Memphis East (District 36). We had as many as 35 stores, resolved the pharmacist shortages, expanded the training programs for pharmacy managers and technicians.
