 Perform the role of an underwriter by analyzing client’s risk exposure and arranging comprehensive motor insurance coverage to meet the requirement of bank customers. Ensure all clients’ concerns regarding insurance policy approvals and claims are resolved in a quick and decisive manner.  Conceptualize and implement winning strategies to meet service level targets. Keep abreast of changes in products and identify unique selling points to aid in the sales process. Solely handling the underwriting team with 50 members including ROs and RMs contributing the revenue of AED 2MN every month. Liaise with seniors to arrange for risk management solutions according to specific client’s requirements. Support the business team with competitive rates & negotiations to enhance customer service.
