I have extensive experience in both high throughput platforms for large scale applications in genomics, drug discovery, cell culture, and validated clinical applications, with a strong focus on end users’ data requirements and training needs.I serve scientists and directors who seek more fulfillment at work and less struggle in the lab, by helping them use machines to research and develop ground breaking solutions.Early in my career I was a researcher working “at the bench,” learning which experimental designs were most effective for reaching milestones. By understanding the difference between good data and bad data, I realized how to better track and evaluate success and failure using the latest hardware and software automation tools. I learned there's no point in scaling up operations if your fundamental processes are not optimized first – otherwise analysis is based on unreliable data. This is what drives me in optimizing, designing, and delivering automation solutions: I can help scientists achieve and contribute more, and struggle less.In the lab, I noticed that scientists' valuable time was spent on routine repetitive workflows and recovering other peoples’ errors. I also saw people suffer repetitive stress injuries at the bench, delaying projects and causing physical and mental distress.As an accomplished leader and entrepreneur with a proven track record in pioneering innovative solutions in the fields of laboratory automation, genomics, and VR, I offer a wealth of experience and a unique perspective. With a history of launching products at corporations, and founding Luciton VR, a digital media consultancy specializing in cutting-edge technologies such as AR/VR solutions for life sciences and healthcare, I have navigated the complexities of startup environments, driven R&D initiatives, and led teams to success. My sales manager roles at HighRes Bio and Andrew Alliance (Waters) further underscore my expertise in building relationships, exceeding sales targets, and expanding business territories through strategic collaborations and effective marketing strategies.
