Mitigate any foreseeable risks on future airplanes through a development of best practices generated in the after action review. Communicate risks and share best practices to delivery center stakeholders to maximize effectiveness and reach.Worked within the 777 Wings Industrial Engineering group on a 6-month rotation where I managed the roles and responsibilities of a barchart analyst for the Laydown control codes (203 & 810), performed various work measurement samplings on manufacturing teams and internal teams within the 777 Wings areas, conducted time studies in Wing Majors, coordinated wing delivery crane moves to the Major Structures Delivery Center, transferred work from current control codes to downstream control codes and vice versa in support of a machined rib initiative and changing work flow, supported a major recovery effort of a wing with mislocated trunnion fitting holes, collaborated with multiple organizations and supported a barchart walk initiative.
