Joel is the Risk Management Partner and an Executive of KPMG's Consulting Division. Joel holds responsibilities as deputy CRO for the Firm and holds primary responsibility for managing risk on the Firm’s large and most complex programs as a founding member of KPMG’s Major Projects Board.He joined KPMG in 2002, commencing in the Forensic practice, where he assisted clients with Investigations and Integrity Risk Management services. In 2006, Joel joined KPMG’s Risk Management function to support the Firm’s risk management, with a focus on conflict management and risk management for KPMG’s advisory services businesses. Joel has been a Partner since 2015, and in 2019, was appointed as a Vincent Fairfax Fellow in ethical leadership.
