Current- Efficient communication, both written and verbal, using email and over the phone.
- Working within strict time constraints to meet the needs of the business.
- Complaint handling, including investigating and finding resolutions.
- Being fully GDPR compliant and maintaining high standards of Data Protection.
- Answering all queries members may have and assisting them with their needs.
- Able to handle high call volumes whilst multi-tasking.
