Leveraging my CPA and global financial services experiences, I have created a boutique Tax Advisory Firm to help clients understand and navigate their US Tax obligations.

While a member of the Operating Committee and reporting to a member of the Executive Committee, I served as an Operating Partner with the C-Suite for five boutique affiliates (fixed income, equity, alternatives and solutions) where I provided on-going strategic support, consultation on business development and resolution of operating issues. I was a member of the new seed capital authorization/allocation committee and met with a number of global regulators for positioning and issue resolution. Served on UK, Japanese, Australian, US, Polish, Hong Kong, Canada, Singapore Fund and Management Company Boards.

Using influence, oversaw corporate relationships with internal “business support” partners to ensure proper global delivery of services to international locations (included, finance, human resources, technology, fund administration, legal and compliance). I served as Board Chair for Irish and Luxembourg Fund ranges. I was also the Chair of internal “efficiency” lean six sigma committee and member of agile working group.

I led a global team (US, UK, Luxembourg, Singapore, Japan, Australia) managing all product development, fund rationalization, mergers and restructuring in both cross-border and local fund ranges. We decreased time to market by creating an incubation prospectus and performed third-party vendor rationalizations. I also led the team responsible for country registrations for the Irish and Luxembourg cross-border fund ranges.

I was responsible for all sales, marketing and operations for the offshore Americas business. During that time I restructured the teams sales focus and incentive compensation and increased non-money fund assets by 500% in 2 years. As part of this role I worked closely with distribution partners to negotiate distribution and revenue sharing agreements

I started my career at PwC in their Boston office working on mutual fund/financial services and other SEC regulated clients. I took the opportunity to do a three year exchange allowing me to work and live in Dublin, Ireland. I finished my PwC career in Baltimore, Maryland working on financial services clients before moving onto Legg Mason.
