I am a corporate board member at SPF who work in courts, prisons, and communities, helping families navigate the criminal justice system by offering advice, advocacy, information, and emotional support. As NED, I provide governance and strategic consultation on a range of commercial and technical projects.

DC Storm - a leading independent marketing measurement and optimisation platform, purchased by Rakuten in 2014. Here I developed the client management function and grew this to a team of 10 responsible for developing key client relationships.Additionally I led a programme to build a bespoke system which aggregated and modelled data for an enterprise client to enable centralised reporting and optimisation. I was responsible for the commercial, legal, technical scoping, delivery, project management and ongoing consultancy leading a matrix team.

Lyris - an enterprise marketing technology platform, I led one of our European service teams delivering bespoke solutions for retail clients. Projects included data-driven segmentation and contact strategies, personalised dynamic content, campaign performance analysis, web analysis and insight and campaign execution for our clients.
