I'm an Enterprise Client/Server Professional with an A.S. Degree in Computer Technology. I have continued to be successful while furthering my education whether from Rose State College or online training. I always look for a way to improve the process and increase the metrics. I have proven experience at increasing performance, improving workflow, going above and beyond, updating knowledge bases as a SME. While I support the National IT Service Center where delivering resolutions to the customer and improving the End User experience was my daily goal, I built business acumen with many customers, office administrators and managers.Just like Incident Management and Process Management, the ITIL Foundation and ITSM have a very important dimension into the End User support methodology. I have become more proficient at what I do by gaining an understanding of new technology, challenging myself to understand the events that fail and try to inspire people to build a better quality service. Good collaboration is key to involve all parts of the team and increase the productivity of each person.I have 20 plus years of Technical experience from the DOD, DOT, DHS, Oil and Gas, Data Conversion and cartridge re-manufacturing. Professionally I started working as a Network Technician while studying at Vatterott College. Once I completed my education I continued working in the IT industry and have been very successful.I have worked for the Federal Aviation Administration for the past 13 years. During which I have supported customers nationally and locally for FAA's Information Technology Integrated Services and recently supporting the National Airway System's Second Level Engineers Team.
