● Track individual and team performance metrics, provide regular performance reviews and feedback to team members and updates to the respective MANCO.● Maintain relationships and communication with all stakeholders (internal/external) such as Principal Officers, Board of Trustees, Fund Managers, Senior Employer Contacts, Workers Unions, Corporate Sales, Business Support Teams, Service Teams etc. ● Develop strategies for effective onsite servicing by identifying hot spots (low perception scores) and developing territory plans that optimized servicing coverage● Prepare reports and present insights to senior management, providing information for strategic decision-making and future planning specifically around resources and scheme administration ● Collect and analyze data to identify bottlenecks and implement preventative measures and institute corrective action to prevent reoccurrences of issues (RCA) thereby reducing the number of calls and correspondence into the respective Service Teams and call centers creating capacity and reducing ABC’s ● Promote a culture of continuous learning and development within the team. Encourage team members to enhance their skills, pursue professional growth opportunities, and stay updated with industry trends. Provide training, coaching, and mentorship to support their development● Collaborate and synchronize efforts with other business units to develop specific training sessions/workshops to enhance skills, capabilities and knowledge of team members to improve the team's overall effectiveness and productivity● Identify potential gaps to increase business revenue by offering employers/members alternate products and services e.g., Discovery Life Funeral cover within the blue-collar environments
