Best known for my roles in EastEnders and BBC’s The Office, I know a thing or two about performance and how people behave.I am an accredited coach, DISC practitioner and hypnotherapist, specialising in confidence building, performance enhancement and effective communication. My approach combines DISC assessments with my background in acting to provide valuable insights into behavioural styles and enhance communication skills.Over the years, I've had the amazing opportunity to work alongside talents like Tom Hanks, Ricky Gervais, Stephen Merchant and Elijah Wood and even made appearances on magazine covers, morning TV, and national radio shows.
