Design and develop new qualifications/curriculum, course structures, examinations and practical assessments taken by students throughout the world, meeting regulatory and stakeholder requirements in high-stakes developments. Experience includes the full design and development of multiple-choice question tests, on-screen tests, short to extended response question tests, essay based and task-based assessments. Produce all assessment materials and supporting documentation required for regulatory accreditation in consultation with subject experts, including individual exam questions, exam structures, marking schemes, qualifications (containing teaching content), assessment strategies (containing design rationale), and assessment mapping documents. Design for a range of subjects, specialising in skills-based assessment for creative subjects.. Provide training on assessment design principles to colleagues and collaborators to ensure high quality output.

Developed and delivered a course of teaching over a 5 month period for a group of students, aged 14-16, who had been referred to the programme due to learning or behavioural issues, and to support their engagement in learning through the visual arts whilst improving basic art skills and techniques. Provided direct verbal and written feedback and reports and oversaw the development of evidence used by the students used to obtain qualifications.Supplied materials and contextual resources, and organised outings to record from primary sources.
