I graduated from Southern Utah University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology, and from Arizona State University with a Master’s of Education in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). As a Behavioral Healthcare Leader I excel in utilizing organizational behavior management to establish a workplace that promotes safety, employee satisfaction, and adherence to policies and procedures to improve client outcomes. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst I find joy in using the science of ABA to teach and train staff and families to implement evidenced-based practices to improve the quality of life of people with disabilities. I have spent my years in the field specializing in the areas of: human rights; diversity, equity, and inclusion; sexuality education; behavior skills training; treatment integrity and fidelity; and compliance with State and Federal rules and regulations.
