Reporting to the Director of the Efficiency and Operations Department, my main responsibilities are:- Organization and optimization of business/support processes (end-to-end), with the implementation of the BPM—Business Process Management approach;- Management and coordination of activities associated with the business continuity plan (Business Impact Analysis) and business recovery plan;- Coordination of the contracting area (suppliers and subcontractors);- Management of the Bank's physical security (as Security Director registered in the Internal Administration Ministry).Additionally, in 2020 I was a member of the Management Team, where I participated in the analysis and definition of the Strategic Plan 2021/2025.

Invited to join the Bank's Internal Audit Department and reporting directly to the Board of Directors, my main responsibilities were:- Support to the Board of Directors in matters of governance;- Management and execution of audits to different business/support areas (eg: Credit, Documentary Credits, Payment Operations, Over-the-Counter Operations, Prevention of AML, Securities Management, Money Market, Balance Sheet Risks , ICAAP and ILAAP Process, Recovery Plan);- Follow-up of the accepted and approved recommendations/corrective measures;- Preparation of the report on the internal control system to Banco de Portugal;- Management and control of the internal normative catalogue.

Responding to the Director of the DAI, my main responsibilities were:- Execution of audits to different business areas (financial/international);- Provision of audit and internal control services to the companies of the CA Group;- Review of internal regulations associated with the financial and international area.

Reporting to the Director of the Assets Area, my main responsibilities were:- Management of the commercial activity of the products under my management (Housing and Commerce & Services), as well as the partial monitoring of other products (Hunters, Electronic Equipment and Civil Liability);- Conducting training and technical support actions for commercial teams (regional delegates and insurance managers in all branches of the CA);- Execution, monitoring and support to the external team of claims’ management;- Execution and monitoring of the reinsurance calculation;- Team management and training.
