The Training Services Supervisor, Service Delivery Instructors, is primarily responsible for securing a full complement of qualified training personnel through instructor recruitment, development and maintenance of authorizations. Additionally, the incumbent is responsible for implementing initiatives to increase the effective delivery of quality Training Services training programs for all product lines within assigned territory. This position manages paid and volunteer instructors as well as instructor trainers. Ensures quality assurance and resource optimization of training personnel & equipment including managing and compliance for fixed training sites roll out of new programs and services. Conducts employee performance reviews as appropriate. Operates within budgetary restrictions. This position is responsible for adhering to all administrative activities that support policies and process.

Working with community members and business organizations in education opportunities that will aid them in an emergency, by giving them the skills to recognize a critical event and taking the proper steps to protect themselves and give care to others in potentially life threatening situations. Education includes CPR, first aid training, wilderness first aid, disaster preparedness and recovery.

* Oversaw 40 Emergency Department Technician Staff Members in a level 2 Trauma Center. * Hired, scheduled, and educations staff in disaster preparedness and orientation training. * Assisted Doctor and Nurse Staff in all emergency medical procedures. * Splinted and cared for orthopedic injuries along with transportation and care of patients to and from diagnostic tests and other departments.

* Interacted with patients, families, hospital staff and the general public. * Provided life support services during medical emergencies within the emergency department setting. * Administered continuous and 12-lead electrocardiogram monitoring. * Initiated plans of care based on patient assessments working with other medical teams members within the Emergency and Trauma Center.
