Business Intelligence AnalystLumileds Jul 2017 - Aug 2020Farmington Hills, MiAs a member of the Automotive Aftermarket marketing team I used R to create a data pipeline from online customer portals to interactive reports in Excel, utilizing PowerPivot and DAX, by extracting, transforming and loading the data. This enabled management to quickly gain insights on the performance of various products and product lines in the consumer market.Using multiple linear regression algorithm I created a machine learning model that forecasts quantity of monthly consumer facing website visits with a variance between forecast and actuals of 6.1%.I also analyzed marketing data gathered from Google Analytics and Amazon Marketing Services (AMS) to create insights for marketing management. Using AMS data I developed an algorithm in Excel that evaluated individual keyword performance and ultimately determined whether the keyword needed it's Cost-per-Click bid increased, decreased, or unchanged. With this algorithm I analysed thousands of keywords providing optimization recommendations which led to a 16% year-over-year decrease in advertising cost of sales. -
