I am part of a growing team creating a space for musicians to create, learn and connect. I am leading the technology portion facilitating the worlds of information technology and audio production. I deal with data collection and analysis, security, networking infrastructure, project management, implementation, innovation, research and development. We are working together to eliminate the boundaries so you can afford to be a musician and developing tech to optimize our industries.

I provide support for customers and businesses needs. I deal directly with customers with technical, hardware, and clinical software systems, effectively communicating troubleshooting and resolutions. I have been the #1 in resolutions for over 3 years and our team resolves 90% of the company's issues and are the front line for all communication. I resolve issues dealing with clinical applications, networking, integration, PACS administration, development, server management, voip phone configuration, data / file share access, AD, group policy, SQL databases and Interface through HL7 and the rhapsody system as well as all of the general desktop support. I am actively involved with project management and I work with other team members and establish efficient processes based on the workload and environment and present those ideas to management so we can win together as a team.

I support over 400 customers in the Radiology Department and 6 other departments providing network administration, desktop support, hardware and software support. I have experience working with server updates, provisioning, virus removal, working on printer / scanner / copiers, setting up network directories and server share locations and much more. I work with Group Policy and Active Directory and maintain Inventory and manage budgets annually for my departments and assist them with any needs they may have.
