Inbound marketing essentially means we find where your clients are and bring them to you--as opposed to outbound marketing which involves flooding potential clients with marketing material. My team and I are experts in all forms of modern marketing, including internet, PPC, SEO, and social media, and we excel in managing more traditional mediums like direct mail and grassroots campaigns. Additionally, through consulting we walk our clients through their marketing campaigns and show them exactly how to best adapt their system to their specific audience type and budget restraints. My personal responsibilities and expertise at Skirmish Strategies are in the client management, staff management, and consulting. Additionally, I have experience in web design and development both for the Skirmish Strategies website and those of our clients. At Eye-Com, I directed the marketing efforts in several key industries, including assistive communication, mobility, entertainment, and marketing research and managed a small but effective marketing team to meet company goals and objectives. Additionally, I managed interdepartmental relationships and worked as a liaison between software, hardware, and electrical engineers and the rest of the company to keep company culture up and messaging clear. As part of Eye-Com Corporation’s internet marketing presence, I created and managed Eye Tracking Update, which swiftly became an industry gateway and the most popular eye tracking industry news portal. Additionally, as the Product Lifecycle Manager, I was responsible for ensuring the Eye-Com product was being produced under proper timelines and maintained contact with each individual department to ensure the lifecycle for individual product iterations was properly managed and completed. This also took into account Eye-Com was developing multiple product lines for multiple industries, from highly advanced medical usage to basic, consumer end products.

As the Vice President of Marketing at, I was in charge of directing all the marketing campaigns, both online and offline. Prior to my employment, no marketing and sales system was in place, and the system I developed increased MJ Homeseller’s annual transactions from 8 homes to 33 in the first year. This system was repeatable and trainable, and I hired, trained, and oversaw the entire team. While working with MJ Homesellers, I had a 90% conversion rate from sales calls to meetings.

At ICapital LLC, I wrote all the sales scripts for the entire sales team, and these scripts led to a 15% conversion increase from call to appointment. I also built and managed an extensive contact management system to ensure the entire sales team was on the same page and could track all previous interactions with a prospect. This position also included cold-calling publicly traded companies to set appointments to review their personal needs for fundraising. In addition, I worked closely with the managing director to ensure solid client follow up and retention.
