Transformed the organizational support system by digitizing administrative processes including franchisee agreements, payroll and benefits, and finance functions. Created centralized processes across acquisitions.Led the financial and reporting process upgrades to Microsoft Dynamics from QuickBooks, and instituted a robust financial reporting system. Enabled the repurposing of staff to analytical and strategic roles, focusing on forward-looking forecasts versus reviewing budgets.
