I led the Data Processing Tribe, a cross-functional team of ten encompassing data scientists and full-stack engineers.Over the course of a year, I developed a scalable, automated data enrichment system, removing 75% of manual classification with an ML-first pipeline, and reducing the data processing cost base by two-thirds. I also increased data quality standards by implementing new QA functionality alongside redesigned operational workflows.
