Regional Sales Manager
Current• Lead a regional sales team of 32 members, with 7 sales and business development managers as direct reports (10 outside associates)• Develop and implement with sales leaders our strategies for 4 districts: a) Mexico b) Western US c) Applied Markets (Environmental and Food) and d) Proficiency Testing/Certified Reference Materials• Carry out all aspects of team management: strategy development for each region, coaching sales leaders on strategy and sales rep development, District business plans, training, hiring, evaluations, development plans• Building out forecast models and weekly forecasting updates for the region• Team Daily management and weekly territory and district funnel reviews
