● Demonstrates thorough knowledge of the concepts, techniques, and methods of installing, configuring, implementing and maintaining computers and peripherals, including tablets and smart devices. ● Installs and maintains operating systems, database systems, Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook, and other systems in use.● Effectively diagnoses hardware, software and applications problems and implements resolutions in a timely manner.● Explains procedures and instructions clearly in lay person’s terms.● Works independently to research information to solve problems, while keeping supervisor informed on important issues as needed.● Facilitates employee onboarding efforts and account lifecycle tasks. Collaborate with Human Resources, hiring supervisors, and to deliver technology orientation for new employees that enables effective access to and use of technology resources and appropriate access/entitlement removal at separation.● Maintains current knowledge of issues in the field, keeping abreast of trends, standards and practices.

• Organize and maintain all functional aspects of the Company’s I.T. Help Desk. • Provide first level helpdesk support to the Stamford office and all properties on software, applications and network issues including the phone system. • Promptly maintain documentation paperwork as required and provide updated copy to Manager for review and sign off. • Perform new workstation installations, cascades, and rebuilds. • Maintain and administer the patch management system with remediation for failed security updates. • Maintain and administer anti-virus applications on user computers. • Manage product warranties and handle equipment returns and follow-ups. • Maintain and administer zScaler web filtering system with remediation for not reporting computers.• Research and promote helpful tips and techniques to users (Tip of the Month). • Administer the phone system. • Troubleshoot & resolve issues with the email system Exchange Online & Sendio spam system. • Assist in the development and implementation of user computer training. • Coordinate, control, and maintain computers within the company to ensure compatibility. • Assist in product evaluation of computer software, hardware, and technologies. • Assist with writing and editing systems documentation, user manuals, training courses and procedures. • Support of the backup systems Barracuda and Metallic and perform restores. • Maintain and administer the wireless systems at the Stamford office and all properties. • A+, Network+, MOS, MCSA, MCSE certifications. • Maintain Systems documentation. • Perform all other duties as requested.
