I cultivate greatness in other people. I am a deliberate listener dedicated to learning to think inside the box since I spend so much time outside it. My passion to help other people be their best selves, dramatically shapes all of my work. It is also full of a lot of joy. I have been doing immersive experience design work for many years, so recently I pivoted very slightly to doing User Experience Design (UX) and Design Thinking. I have a work ethic that has made me exceptional at sales service. My academic experience in ethics, spirituality, art, and community has given me exceptional soft skills, like empathy, that I bring to design work and fostering collaboration. I am good for the companies I work for. I think like a teacher, and communicate like one as well. I also try to check for understanding and I can come at complex ideas from multiple angles. This turns out to be helpful in every role I have ever had. I am naturally entrepreneurial. I love running an artist collective, designing an art card deck, experimenting with a podcast, blog, creating workshops and more. I surprise myself as often as I can sneak up on myselfI have an art installation based on listening to others and recognizing and naming their giftedness over tea. It took over 2 years of researching empathy and listening to lay the groundwork for that project. I also took what I learned and made it a workshop for my community, to help them discover how transformative empathy can be.
