Liaising with Sales Manager on a monthly basis to collect contracts which then need to be reviewed for invoicing information. Contracts range between 20 pages to 300 pages (the latter being for government and banks) Ensuring client revenue is in line with contracts Liaising with different levels within the organization including CEO, clients and sales consultants.Working to a monthly schedule of 4 day month end deadline for reporting to parent company.
