Joel joined Cushman and Wakefield as a Consultant in the Tenant Advisory Group and has since transitioned to the CBD Office Leasing Team as a Leasing ManagerJoel has actively been involved and studying the property industry for 5 years both within Australia and New Zealand. Joel provides expert strategic occupancy solutions that meet the client’s goals, by aligning real estate needs with a client’s business strategy, financial goals and operational objectives. In Joel’s previous role he covered the spectrum of commercial leases relating to and including: lease renewals; rent reviews; make good and lease negotiations; as well as the relocation and sourcing of new sites and premises. Joel's analytical and proactive style to commercial leasing as well as his financial knowledge means he understands a tenant’s perspectiveJoel’s previous experience as a Tenant Representative has provided him with a great understanding from a tenant’s perspective and the drivers behind their real estate decisions. Joel is now active in the Sydney CBD office leasing brokerage market and works alongside some of Sydney’s large institutional and private landlords.Prior to joining Cushman and Wakefield, Joel attended Lincoln University in Christchurch, New Zealand and completed a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Property Valuation and Property Management.Joel is truly passionate about his work and always eager to connect with those in the industry.
