An award winning, international design practice with and integrated approach to architecture. I am working under a short term contract to deliver the Stage 3 and Stage 4 drawing packages for a 22 storey, 30,000 sqm commercial tower at International Quarter in Stratford, East London.

AJ100 Top 10 international design practice providing architecture, interior and masterplanning services. I work mostly on medium-scale to large-scale projects in the residential and commercial sector.Previous projects include Hackney Road, a high-end mixed use scheme consisting of 19,000 sqm of business space, 180 residential units and associated landscaping. Responsibilities included the production of external envelope design packages, coordination of subcontractor information, production of architectural Revit model and the role of BIM coordinator.

- Contributing to RIBA work stages A - G for multiple architectural projects. This includes feasibility design work, producing planning applications and producing tender documentation. - Preparing and developing detailed architectural drawings using CAD software.- Using 3D modelling software to render architectural visualisations. - Liaising with various engineers and subcontractors in the pursuance of efficient project management.- Working with Building Control Surveyors to ensure compliance of all architectural guidelines and standards. - Interacting with clients to implement their plans and goals in project drawings.
