• Developing strategic business cases and performing feasibility analyses to drive UPR worldwide growth initiatives• Complex financial modeling for a variety of projects, including, theme parks, hotels, restaurants, potential business acquisitions, escape rooms, and other tourism/experiential opportunities• Modeling LRP impacts for growth projects• Structuring and negotiating multifaceted business arrangements that cover all aspects in new business initiatives including partnership, licenses, leases, and management agreements• Sourcing and execution of multiple large scale debt financings including analysis of debt/equity structures and financial impacts, solicitation process to several lending institutions, and negotiating and executing financing documents• Identifying and executing real estate transactions, including evaluation of sites, feasibility and lease vs buy analyses, and purchase agreements• Oversight of joint venture interests o Monthly financial reviews with quantitative and qualitative analysis o Review and approval of annual operating and capital budgets o Ongoing discussions and oversight of operators to ensure business goals are being met• Preparation and delivery of strategic project proposals to UPR, NBCU, and Comcast senior management• Collaboration with NBCU Corporate Strategy team on several potential growth opportunities• Industry research on competition, trends, technology and new markets with presentations to senior leadership on findings
