As Authority Engineer, I was responsible for planning, directing, managing and overseeing all engineering activities within the Authority; providing complex, technical administrative support to the Authority Manager.

I acquired extensive experience in engineering, drafting, and land surveying from an early age while actively participating in the family engineering business. Subsequent to high school, I devoted over 18 years to the family enterprise, ultimately assuming a managerial role.During my tenure at Leslie & Associates, Inc., specializing in public works engineering, I garnered comprehensive expertise in civil site design, roadways/trails, parks, municipal water and wastewater systems, water resources, water quality, storm drainage/protection, water storage, water distribution, water treatment, wastewater collection, and wastewater disposal/treatment. Engaging in civil engineering, structural engineering, contract administration, project management, and land surveying, our firm successfully executed numerous residential, commercial, and municipal projects across Utah, Nevada, and Arizona.In my capacity as the firm's manager during its concluding years, I provided leadership, guidance, direction, budgeting, and evaluation of engineers. Serving as the primary liaison with municipal clients, water districts, and municipalities, I fostered valuable professional connections and took immense satisfaction in delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Completed all CAD drafting for a small architectural firm, assisting John Rowley, AIA as necessary.
