Joe Lewis is a Certified Public Accountant and Consultant with over 30 years of experience in Program and Project Management and system development in large-scale system environments. Previous projects included:MUFG (Union Bank) - Served as a key member of the Program Management Office for the bank's requirements and initial implementation phase of Current Expected Credit Losses (CECL) regulations. Accomplishments included analysis of Program requirements compared to the Program project plan, development of the resource plan and budget for over 150 resources assigned to the project, establishing the Program Management processes for managing the project on an ongoing basis, and status reporting for the program team and sponsors, Kaiser Permanente - a hugely successful project as a Program Manager at Kaiser Permanente on the company's implementation of a Medicare Business Engine. His project work included serving as the primary Business Program Manager on the California region implementation. Specific responsibilities included management of program risks and issues, ensuring that program milestones were met on time and weekly reporting of program status to program leadership.Previously, Joe completed an application development project for Union Bank creating a Loan Status Review Tickler and workflow system in MS Access for the bank's Commercial Mortgage Operations. Issues addressed in the project included compliance with numerous bank loan review policies and BASEL aggregation compliance.Joe has extensive experience with project management on the implementation of financial systems, including Oracle, Peoplesoft and Solomon.
