The team I put together turned it around in under 9 months. We increased sales of the brokerage by 464%, listings by 63%, and increased staff from 3 to 7 agents in the first year. As a broker, I created custom advertising campaigns generating 2-4x the normal sales leads received by fellow brokers with no additional costs incurred. These campaigns generated leads for deals as large as 90 million (600x avg industry size). Self-generated over $10 million in offers in the first 3 months. The license agreement was terminated in May 2020.
