Part of a global team responsible for architecture and design of SharePoint 2010 Global Reporting Platform for the Business Intelligence and Reporting group. Primary focus was on Visualization and Reporting components and architecture.Worked with upper management and multiple development teams to establish an interoperable services platform enabling the Firm to capitalize on its investment in both the Microsoft and Java technology stacks. Drove technology selection for E&Y’s Portal and Search platforms resulting in the purchase of IBM Websphere Portal Server and Autonomy IDOL.Acting as the Senior Architect, provided key analyses and remediation scenarios for performance issues in mission-critical applications, achieving performance gains of over 35%. Provided mentoring and support for other application architects and lead developers.

Started the company in 1997 to fill a niche market in the Microsoft visual component development space. Within 3 years developed and brought to market a number of "shrink wrapped" visual components for Visual Basic development. Quickly expanded the company to design and develop applications in the Internet space for such clients as: AT&T, American Express, StarCITE, TravelOneAs Chief Architect was responsible for all architectural aspects of both component and application design and development. Focusing on using open standards, modular design and reusable services and components, created a suite of components and internet applications. Some Key Internet Applications:TrendWatcher, a web-based proprietary trading platform that uses a long/ short systematic trend methodology to manage volatility. An alternative investment vehicle that includes commodities, currencies and financial future markets. MeetingEstimator, a web-based ASP model application for StarCITE™, a leading online meeting and event management firm. The application allowed clients to perform meeting attendance cost and budget analysis based on airfare and hotel data.Refill300.com is a web-based prescription management application that streamlines the interaction between patient, physician, and pharmacy, with built-in controls to insure security, to prevent fraud, and to eliminate errors
