In 2013 front.end became YAP_Technology after a change in its strategy and company structure. Following that change I became coordinator for innovation and research, this meant being responsible for the development of SAAS applications and projects that required further technological investigation for its development.During this time I got to develop two SAAS applications, Promothunder and PP3. Promothunder is a social promotions platform that made easy to create, customize and publish online promotions. PP3 is digital publishing platform that enables the publishing of digital content with content interaction working cross platform and cross device with web and native mobile app publications.The experience and challenge of developing software products like designing the product functionalities, developing the business model and growth strategies got me very excited and motivated doing this work.Besides managing both products I kept working actively as a developer in this projects designing the system architecture and main functionalities.

Working at a fast moving web development company like front.end gave me the chance to learn both frontend and backend web development in detail. As a PHP developer I got to work with a proprietary CMS developing websites but also got the opportunity to develop custom web applications for digital publishing. Every project at front.end had a strong design component that gave me the chance to get very experienced at frontend development.Also working a smaller company I got to work closer with clients, managing projects and dealing with requirements analyses and feature development for clients like the Portuguese National Library, Porto Editora, Goody, Millennium bcp and others.
