Joel is a leadership architect, social entrepreneur, innovator, and facilitator of leadership and organizational development focused on the question, what would the world look like if all people had access to leadership development? With over twenty years of experience, Joel writes, presents, and facilitates about the importance of Expanding the Leadership Equation. Joel is currently the President of the Leadership Forum Community, and has just completed a Masters of Educational Innovation, Technology, and Entrepreneurship at UNC-Chapel Hill.
