Perform duties of a complex, technical, and highly confidential nature and exercises considerable judgment and initiative in organizing and completing assignments, following policies and procedures related to Title IX, and other university policies. The Deputy Title IX Coordinator stays current on policy and new laws enacted by the Department of Education and completes training and professional development related to Title IX. The Deputy Title IX Coordinator assists with case management, keeping resources, and policies current, assists in the oversight and training of the university community, prepares outreaches and programs for students, faculty and staff, assists with Clery reports, collaborates with Human Resources, Counseling, Residence Life, Disability Services, Safety and Security, Dean of Students, Health Services, Athletics, Academic departments, and other staff in all three Embry-Riddle Campuses.

Human Resources Partner for the Daytona Beach Flight Department, College of Aviation and other departments within the DB campus to include - performance management, position descriptions, job changes and promotions, performance improvement plans, developmental opportunities, coordinate and deliver training, coaching, disciplinary actions, exit interviews and terminations. Proactively focus on continuous improvement for departmental and university processes. Support regular random drug screenings.Support immigration initiatives. Work with the recruitment team to verify immigration authorization for compliance with the Bureau of U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) and the Department of Labor (DOL). Work with the recruitment team, USCIS, the Department of International Student & Scholar Services and immigration attorneys in securing visas for international applicants and current faculty and staff. Work with Senior Recruiter to support responsibility for facilitating prevailing wage determinations, creating offer letters and verification letters to the DOL and the USCIS. Assist with collection of I-9 reverification documentation.Provide Human Resources services including benefits such as personal leave, disability, and payroll.

Directed the Logistics and Human Resources Department for a 57-personnel observer, coach, and training (OC/T) organization with the primary objective to provide logistical & personnel requirements for the education, mobilization and certification of four National Guard Combat Team Organizations, one National Guard Maneuver Enhancement Organization, and four Rotational Force-Pool Deployment Agencies spread across five states.

Planned, executed and provided airspace early warning & situational awareness for a combat team organization composed of over 3,000 personnel. A portion of this position was performed overseas at Pyeongtaek, South Korea.

Served as Director of Air & Missile Defense Staff Section for the 19th Battlefield Coordination Agency in the 603rd Air Operations Center at Ramstein Air Force base; represented the United States Army Europe (USAREUR) Air & Missile Defense interests within the 603rd Air Operations Center.

Appointed as the Company Level Chief Operations Officer of a U.S. Forces Command (FORSCOM) Patriot missile system organization with a worldwide contingency objective to provide air & missile defense support to the higher headquarters Chief Executive Officer critical and defended asset lists.

Responsible for assisting in the planning, coordination and execution of theater air and missile defense critical strategic and geopolitical assets throughout the Arabian Gulf. Responsible for maintaining situational awareness and providing tactical recommendations to the Division Head on various contingency operations and coalition exercises. Responsible for the training, supervision and instilling vision, purpose and direction into two operational managers and one operations analyst.

Responsible for the planning and supervision of all the agencies' training tasks, maintaining the continuous operational and execution readiness of four Patriot missile defense organizations, one maintenance organization, and the Division head, headquarters, totaling in excess of 600 personnel. Responsible for the coordination of all the agency operations. Responsible for the planning, preparation and dissemination of the agencies' master operational plan for the organization's US training and overseas defense operations.

Deputy Director of the Headquarters Agency 11th Air Defense Artillery Organization (1y, 1m) and the 32nd Army Air & Missile Defense Organization (2y) with a worldwide contingency responsibility in support of the Third (US) Army organization and the United States Army Forces Command (FORSCOM). Responsible for the supervision of all administrative actions, daily operations, coordination with higher leadership, and timely processing of organization documentation. Responsible for the Organizations status reports, logistical & maintenance operations. Responsible for all organizational statistics, training records, personnel actions, and attendance records of over 222 personnel and their family members. Charged with all organizations' short range and long range training schedules based on higher leadership requests and input.
