-Led the commissioning and validation of customized coating equipment for the application of thin films for electrochemical sensor manufacturing as part of business-critical scale-up. Led coating process characterizations for the thin film deposition for in-vivo electrochemical biosensor manufacturing. -Led characterization, validation, and implementation of automated system for a 100% in process high throughput inspection of polymeric thin films. -Supported research efforts for the optimization of thin films to allow and enhance drug delivery. -Founded and led a new Employee Resource Group (ERG) on site, the Northridge Pride ERG, to serve the LGBTQ+. ERG focused on education, community service, and advocacy.
