Customer facing role in Power Plant Project Execution including: conceptual design, plant configuration, equipment sizing, control philosophy, plant integration, performance & operation guarantees, commissioning support, guarantee testing, post completion warranty.Completed 2 projects from Conceptual Design through Warranty: CPV St Charles, CPV WoodbridgeWorked over 20 proposals, with customers, 3 of which converted to orders while I worked them. Working on projects/past projects in Bangladesh, Korea, Mexico, Pennsylvania.Key contributor to Anyang CHP plant - a utility scale CHP plant in Anyang, South Korea.

Tracked field failures of Gas Turbine (7EA/7FA); analyzed cost, managed component redesign to eliminate repeat failures. Deployed solutions to field team to prevent failures.Met directly with large customers (Saudi Electric Co, Suez) to improve fleet issues.

Directed plant engineering activity for new products and new technologies.Supported development and launch of GE Rapid Response technology. Received 10 patents from USPTO on rapid response related inventions.Developed the plant level specification for the 9FA.05 Rapid Response plant, which set a world record for efficiency.Optimized plant start times through design, control operations, and use of modelingEvaluated market value of design options and efficiency improvement concepts.

Direct the technical staff & maintenance crews in the support of power plant commissioning and commercial operations activity. The technical staff has included Environmental Health Safety & Training Coordinator, Plant Engineers, Maintenance Planner, and Warehouse and Procurement Specialist as well as contracted technical support through both long-term service contracts and short term task based contracts.Responsible for all maintenance activities, environmental permitting and compliance, Implementation of CMMS system (MAXIMO), warehouse operations, budgeting, capital expenditure planning, construction turnover and warranty, & fill in for Plant Manager.
