Working on a daily basis with Research and Clinical KOLs, forming advisory boards to create engaging agendas that successfully attract delegates and sponsors. I have; produced a range of life sciences events, conferences and webinars, hired, trained and project management other producers, successfully managed budgets and revenue targets, been responsible for European and global event portfolios, streamlined processes and introduced industry protocols, attended and wrote reviews for external events.

Produced and project managed conferences for World Pharma Week (Boston), World Preclinical Congress Europe (Lisbon) and Immuno-Oncology Summit Europe (London).

Personally produced a wide range of life sciences events, communicating regularly with leading researchers from academia and industry to create engaging agendas. I was responsible for validating all new topics for conferences in Europe, and scaling standalone events into multi-track meetings. I also introduced industry protocols, like sponsorship and marketing briefs, and I hired, trained and managed other production staff.

During this six month pilot project, GP’s received product detailing in a pre-arranged RPS appointment for sharing resources on neuropathic pain. My role involved communicating directly with healthcare professionals, I consistently held the highest KPIs, and as a team, we achieved all project targets.Quintiles use targeted technology combined with messages delivered by experienced professionals via live and remote live experiences through multiple channels providing the benefits of maintaining a relationship in a multi-channel world.

Responsible for validation, research, strategy, speaker acquisition and project management of all CPhI conferences in Europe. Including the 2012 Pre-Connect at CPhI worldwide in Madrid, which saw a 20% increase in revenue above all previous events.Our focus was to develop and maintain sponsorship opportunities, through expansive networking, in-depth client research, increased value and goal delivery. Subsequently we generated a 200% increase in sponsorship. I also devised plans for growing the on-line community for the global brand of CPhI conferences.
