Led day-to-day operations supporting the research and development for all new church plants nationwide. Recruited, managed, and developed 11 direct / indirect reports including more than 50 volunteers throughout the U.S. Accountable for strategic planning & execution, creating mission statements, and recruiting and transitioning new church planters from colleges into leadership roles. Created and launched the START Recruitment Tool at various schools' events to attract potential leaders. Founded and managed operations for a large church organization with accountability for strategic direction & vision, budgeting, capital improvements & expansion, staff training & development, and community / employee relations.
