I like to look forward to my job. You can't look forward to a job if there's inefficiency. Coming in to work can't be fun if you aren't organized and prepared to meet the challenges waiting for you. Of course, being friendly and fostering goodwill is important because, infighting -that's no fun. Those of us who are particularly passionate about enjoying the work day like to put in the research so that the first solution implemented is the one that works best. We like our documentation up-to-date so that it is easy to train others. If done correctly, it just doesn't feel like work!Really, the rest is just detail: Fixing the technology without breaking the people. Documenting solutions in a way that empowers employees to confidently utilize all business tools available to them. Also, laughing at fragmented, long-winded sentences like that last one with too many catch-phrases. If you've made it this far in my summary, you've done admirable work.
