After 4 years of Active Duty in the Marine Corps was an amazing stepping stone in my life. I learned so much from many leaders and decided it was time to start my journey for a new career in the civilian world. I found MedicalSolutions which was an amazing company. I became a billing specialist where Microsoft office was the main source to my job, invoicing, ensuring accuracy and timely billing, maintaining relationships with facilities and ensuring contracts matches billing rules. After a year of billing I wanted to advance and became an accounts receivable specialist. In this role I was able to obtain the skill set of managing a heavy workload along with meeting deadlines. From Auditing, invoice corrections, communicating with affiliates and maintaining relationships to provide outstanding customer service, distribution corrections, working off 5 systems to research inquiries and hosting affiliate meetings to provide clarity on billing and invoice processing. Throughout my work experience I have learned so much but stuck with one, time management is everything! I am a driven person who will go above and beyond to get tasks done and manage my time to do so! I love working as team and helping others.
