Since a young age, I have worked in different industries but most recently in Oil & Gas and Real Estate. Through these positions, I have developed my skills in data analytics, leadership, inclusivity, and client relationships. I have always been considered as the person bringing fresh and sometimes unorthodox perspectives to my work. Consider some of the key accomplishments I have made in optimizing and analyzing operations so that the process can become more productive:
Making a Difference with Good Data:
Analyzed data from lateral sections of drilling wells using Excel and the Solver built-in function to optimize new parameters that shortened average completion time. These parameters have been utilized on 30+ wells thus far, saving the company $1.3M.

Creating a Culture with Leadership & Includer Skills:
Originated field orientation programs to facilitate the onboarding of 8 new engineers. This included a two-day orientation program to train and mentor new field personnel, along with monthly check-in meetings to review progress, issues, and concerns. Created a friendly environment for new employees to collaborate and improve processes.

Building Friendships with Client Relationships:
Built solid client relationships by communicating daily with updates and making communication a simple process for engineers, managers, and sales groups. This was made easy from my experience working with clients in Real Estate, where I closed on more than 40+ transactions, negotiating and communicating one on one with sellers.
