The Naples Accelerator is the first of its kind in the Southwest Florida region. Actively participated in South Jordan Chamber of Commerce meetings, networked with moving companies, apartment managers, and realtors to increase rental occupancy from 70% to over 95% in under a year. Sold additional retail items to increase profits e.g. locks, boxes, covers, and packing material. Generated monthly and quarterly financial reports in Excel for owners charting growth.
