I've lead the research, development, and implementation of various algorithmic trading strategies. This is a full stack quant position where I've built out novel trading strategies from end to end -- ie, I built data pipelines, designed and trained models on top of them, and then implemented those models in fully automated trading systems with broker APIs.

Automated the company's invoicing process through VBA, linking various legacy software applications to manage the bulk of the process through excel, quadrupling the output of invoices sent per day and catching up on a three month backlog within my first month of employment.

Started my own business for tutoring students of all ages in mathematics and statistics, though most students were in the Advanced Placement to undergrad calculus III range. Learned a lot about running a small business and the difficulties of marketing, budgeting, lesson planning, and scheduling especially in the shift to all virtual in 2020 to back in person in 2021 and 2022. Invaluable experience but ended up being a better secondary source of income than full time career.

Worked part time in high school and college assisting with and eventually leading educational programs at Brecksville Nature Center. I also wrote a field guide published by CMP and sold at nature shops throughout the park system. Daily responsibilities included lesson planning for programs, making social media posts, and answering visitor questions.
