This involved overseeing a team which was responsible for producing over 800 franchise/regional and divisional contracts a year. On top of this the team would produce a 1000 + various other forms of documentation that is needed on a daily basis. Also was responsible for managing the compliance program which ensured all of our franchisees had compliant vehicles and trailers. Also issuing notices to ensure that they remained compliant with the agreement. Was tasked with improving many processes within in the department which led to reduced staff costs. Achieved significant automation of the documentation process by consulting with stakeholders and driving the software solution.

Involved with the opening and operation of the Jim's Group internal insurance brokerage for the franchisee's. Completed my Tier 1 Insurance Broking compliance qualification. Developed and implemented the Jim's Insurance quote and buy solution which allows our franchisee's to purchase instant cover online. Also was responsible for management of the trust account and the end of month process. Fully skilled user with the WINBEAT software system. Also involved in a large amount of negotiations with various underwriters in order to achieve various business objectives.

Responsible for producing franchise agreements, novations, amendments, compliance notices and other related general documents. Also involved in document discovery for various court cases and assisting the legal counsel with general duties.

The lived experience podcast is about creating conversations around mental health and in particular sharing stories that go beyond depression and anxiety. As a child of a single mother with BiPolar Disorder, I found that there is very little content around children who have a parent with a mental illness. This is despite estimates that 23.3% have a parent with a non-substance mental illness. This is an astounding figure, however, you will find very little by way of digital content on this matter. I am trying to create content on this very subject from a broad range of points of view whether it is interviewing someone who has/had a parent with a serious mental illness or even people sharing their own personal experience with mental illness.
