Accountable for: Merger and Acquisition Activity, Price Setting, Sales Excellence, Grants and Tenders, Strategy, Market Insights and Project Delivery across a billion dollar Seniors Services business including:- Delivered $66m in NPV for the business through M&A work, leading 80 person projects to capture value at all stages. - Led the acquisition of and integration of a brand new business steam entering the low-cost care market, including leading recruitment of CEO and development of business strategy. - Created over $12m in value through grants and tenders in 6 months, including ground-up realignment of a core business stream to avoid $8m/pa loss. - Negotiated over $2m/pa in revenue and $250k/pa in direct margin through partnerships with other organisations.- Developed a $3m business line from scratch to capture a new funding stream, including personally developed operating model, systems, data capture and reporting using the Microsoft suite of tools. - Increased margin by $700k/pa by identifying and capturing an underutilised funding stream in existing business. - Successfully led multiple repricing rounds delivering upwards of 10% YoY growth in some segments without affecting sales volume.- Spearheaded engagement with government department of health to maximise revenues and influence departmental decision making. Rolled out reoccurring revenue model, expanding revenue generation by up to $4m/pa.- Led the development of region level strategy in collaboration with operational teams. - Collaborated with finance teams to create modelling and set budgets for $130m/pa business, accounting for expected regulatory changes and detailed growth modelling. - Developed varied financial models, pitch decks, papers and strategy documents to support commercial outcomes internal and external to business. - Developed and standardised site-level strategies for operations, including market, sales, capital works and pricing in consultation with operations teams.
