At CEI I worked on a range of projects supporting the monitoring and evaluation of various social service organisations and foundations, and collaborating with different organisations to uncover and articulate their impact. Some of my work include:- Project managed the outcome evaluation of the KidSTART, managing the data collection, stakeholders, data analysis and reporting of the findings. - Co-developed content to support capacity building of several organisations such as YTL Foundation, Yayasan MENDAKI, SG Enable and Trybe- Supported organisations to uncover their intended outcomes for different programmes, through developing and facilitating workshops to build Theory of Change and Logic Models- Oversaw the design of the evaluation plans for different programme evaluations for multiple organisations such as NCSS- Supported evidence review work for the Royal commission into Violence, Abuse, Neglect and Exploitation of People with Disability for the State of Victoria in Australia- Co-led a population representative study of attitudes of young people and their parents towards mental health support in Singapore. In addition to the above, I guided CEI on other business development ventures to explore ways in which CEI could meaningfully contribute to, and to showcase, the good work done in the social services sector.

Working with the Knowledge and Insights team i worked on a variety of projects:- Leveraged the methodology of Participatory Action Research to help build localized understandings of community development- Support the design and analysis of a quarterly tracker to deliver insights for internal products within the organisation- Drew insights about the key issues faced in the sector of Mental Health and developed a landscape understanding of how individuals and companies can give to the sector- Supported the creation of corporate giving case studies, to support and encourage corporate giving

Involved in the initiation, planning and data collection for the following projects:- Evaluation of a telerehabilitation Program which aims to provide early Intervention service for children with Autism Spectrum Disorders, in the context of a randomised control trial.- A pilot study to determine the financial toxicity amongst adult cancer survivors in Singapore

I was part of the Health Systems and Behavioural Science domain, working with A/P Helena Legido-Quigley, and conducted research on health systems utilizing qualitative methodology. I was attached to the Master Planning division, working on projects overseas. I was involved in the compilation of reports/plans, preparation for client presentations, as well as research for business development in Latin America.

I taught mathematics, and prepared lesson plans as well as worksheet. I had hands on experience teaching a class of about 20 students and implementing classroom management measures. I assisted in the running of several Co-curricular activities (Debate and National Cadet Corps) in the school, and presented an analysis of school performance to senior school staff.
