Provide Moran & Company's clients with the highest level of quality and service in the business. Function as co-team leader for the duration of the transaction: production of marketing materials and sales pitch for multifamily investment properties and land development equity or debt raise, value and revalue the property throughout the transaction life cycle, work jointly with the client’s asset management team to make sure the property operations are being maximized before the investment is introduced to prospective lenders and investors, reach out to lenders and investors to introduce the asset and describe the opportunity, conduct property tours, report to client regularly to make sure the client is aware of all activities being undertaken on its behalf, assist in negotiating and closing the transaction, oversee all communications on a daily basis to ensure that the asset is being professionally introduced to a complete range of qualified investors.
