Ideated, shipped, and evaluated features related to our B2C/B2B events marketplace to create tighter product-market fit. (Ultimately, live events marketplaces took a pretty big dive in the pandemic...) - Created and shipped an "Invite Friends" feature that increased friend invite KPIs by 41%.- Developed data-driven filtering, recommendation, and notifications features that decreased churn 16%. - Led and shipped a value-based billing model that increased profit per event by 18%- Ideated and shipped various integrations with Plaid, Twilio, Paypal, and Instagram APIs - Worked directly with CEO and senior leaders on full product roadmap. DATA SCIENCE: Handled all data science for the company.- SQL and python to create modeling, classifications, and predictive revenue projections that became product classification features- Built feature and company-wide KPI metric dashboards, using SQL and python. - Built our company-wide data reporting platform, insights, and requesting processes, and managed a team of two additional data analysts.

Built features for the enterprise-focused use cases around sharing and collaboration in Ruby, React, and Typescript, as well as analyzing user interaction data to inform engineering decisions and tradeoffs. Worked within the "Figma for Organizations" team and learned firsthand how Figma closed its first Enterprise sales.

Working as a PM intern to scale a new data telemetry service for OEM partners. Creating mockups and design specs, functional specs, and prototypes in Angular (JavaScript framework) while working and coordinating across multiple internal teams in different divisions. Additionally, teaching UI design, design thinking, and storytelling sessions to coworkers and hackathon participants.

Prototyping Blockchain + IoT ventures in the energy space using IDEO and Lean Startup methods.Projects included: Building a pricing/matching algorithm, software simulator, frontend website, backend controller, and hardware meter for a distributed commercial energy space, using Python (Django), MySQL, HTML/CSS/JS, UPnP protocol, and hacked smart outletsCreating a seat sensor using Particle Electrons and a Three.JS 3-D custom visualization dashboard for the seat mapConstructing a model car that senses a crash (via accelerometer and arduino listener code) and immediately uploads data to an ethereum blockchain and/or Slack Channel notification(And, for fun) Building a “Slackbot Bot”: a python/selenium web bot that updated the “slack automatic response” messages at quick set intervals so others could not overwrite them

- Built out a prototype concept for fractional residential real estate ownership and investment based on a blockchain.- IDEO and the Fortune 500 client opted to continue incubating and raised a seed round for the project (I continued working beyond the summer's end date as a freelancer while in College). - Became an expert in IDEO's human-centered design process, involving careful observations of people; gathering insights; exploring and defining opportunities; shaping strategy; creating tangible expressions; and communicating the essence of ideas.

During this one week program, a small, exceptional group of sophomores and juniors (only 30 selected from hundreds of applicants) convened at Capital One’s corporate headquarters outside of Washington, D.C. to explore and develop the software and technology skills valued by today’s top employers. I took part in in classes/seminars in MongoDB, Node.js, Express.js, Angular, Swift/Xcode, Particle hardware, and general good practices for writing clean code; soft-skill training sessions; and a rigorous hackathon and presentation to Capital One leadership.
