Working with directors and senate members of the USG Tempe across campus initiatives that engage the student body.Communicating concerns and needs of the students to the ASU (Arizona State University) Administration, the Arizona Board of Regents, and the State Legislature.Assisting in furthering diversity & inclusion within USGT as well as the ASU student body.Serving as a liaison between USGT and the on campus coalitions and minority groups, as well as bringing the needs and concerns of these groups to the USGT President.

Guiding and directing over 20 member organizations with their daily operations and ensuring the ASU standard is upheld to the highest regard. Facilitating meetings with over 300 members and creating newsletters to 3000 students, which provide tools and insight to increase collegiate success. Assisting the External Vice President in coordinating with community members and connecting their initiatives with the Black and African students on campus. Working with the Tempe Police Department’s Chief of Police, Commander, and Community Liaison to foster a safer environment for black and brown students and strengthen their relationship to the student body. Planned and executed several community service and outreach events to promote wellness and wellbeing on campus.

Boosted student engagement by organizing and leading campus tours for prospective students, resulting in an increase in enrollment of multicultural students, which includes the Black Excellence Experience Tour.Worked with organizations to provide support and resources for their events and fostered a safe and sound environment for students to work and study in. Facilitated convocations for graduating classes and implemented a wellness focused program focused on empowering students and developing their mental health.
